I'd say some signs that you are healing or getting there, in my opinion, are as follows.
1. Aceeptance for what has happened. Nothing was your fault. And working toward being a better you.
2. You aren't checking the
Learned Helplessness takes some time to overcome but it is possible.
You need to do the work and change the negative rewiring in your brain. And remember, that takes time.
